Everything your home senses is stored in the RIoT HomeVault, inside your home, not in someone else's cloud. Your automations run there too, so they run when the internet doesn't.
It stays yours.
Your builder sees a read-only health summary to better warrant and serve your home, with your consent, and you can review or switch it off1. The cloud copy is encrypted. Nobody browses your home.
It stays with the house.
When you sell, the home's record, documents and automations go to the buyer. Your personal settings, favorites and guest access leave with you.
No monthly bill.
Your builder installed it with the house. If you ever want extras, they're available at the touch of a button.4

- Data sharing with your builder is covered by the RIoT agreement you sign at closing. Opting out turns off some proactive monitoring and warranty protections.
- The RIoT Kit contains no cameras and no microphones for recording conversations. The 9-in-1 room sensor measures ambient noise level as a number; it does not capture audio.
- Insurance discounts depend entirely on your carrier and policy. RIoT does not underwrite or guarantee any discount.
- Subscription fees may apply for optional services such as remote cloud backup, security and home services. The core system and the RIoT Home app carry no monthly fee.
